about me
For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved making art. I just love color! I went to college and art school, where I received my Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design. Since then, I’ve worked as a collage artist, surface pattern designer, graphic designer, sign artist, maker, and mom.
I grew up and raised my family in Michigan and moved to Southern California in 2016. I’m constantly inspired by the breathtaking California landscape, the soothing ocean, and the lush plants and flowers surrounding me. My artistic journey is a delightful celebration of color and shape, heavily influenced by the exuberant cutouts of Henri Matisse and the sleek lines of mid-century modern design.
My patterns begin as playful collages crafted with scissors and paper, where I explore my love of color and design.
